Job summary

Evox is seeking a Tracking Specialist (GTM) for remote work across education and nonprofit clients. You will own the web analytics and pixel deployment architecture, implementing tracking via Google Tag Manager and configuring events from click to CRM entry.

Join a scaling Data & Analytics team, ensure data integrity across platforms, and maintain privacy-first tracking practices for campaigns and reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics experience in marketing or agency settings.
• Experience with GTM containers, data layers, and server-side tagging.
• Experience planning, deploying, and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own tag management & deployment across GTM, including tags, scripts, data layers, and container structure.
• Own conversion tracking & platform integration with Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat using pixels and CAPI.
• Own QA and data integrity across client sites; audit tags and verify events in GA4.
• Own data privacy compliance with GDPR/CCPA and consent management.
• Support documentation and cross-team enablement with tagging plans and QA checklists.
