Evox, a fast-growing marketing agency focused on education and nonprofit partners, seeks a Tracking Specialist (GTM) to own tagging architecture across multiple clients. You will deploy pixels, configure events, and ensure data accuracy from click to CRM entry, while collaborating with paid media and analytics teams.

You bring 3+ years in web analytics, strong GTM/GA4 skills, and a privacy‑savvy mindset to keep campaigns measurable and compliant in a remote, async environment.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics experience in a marketing or agency environment.
• Experience with GTM containers, triggers, data layer, and server-side tagging.
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms.
• GA4 experience, including event configuration, key events, and DebugView.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS selectors, and JavaScript for tag troubleshooting.
• Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and consent management platforms.
• Analytical, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own tag management & deployment in Google Tag Manager across multi-client environments.
• Own conversion tracking & platform integration with Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
• Own QA, debugging & data integrity across client websites and GA4/CRM.
• Own data privacy compliance including consent mode and GDPR/CCPA alignment.
• Support documentation & cross-team enablement with tagging plans and QA checklists.
