Job summary

The Tracking Specialist at Evox will own the web analytics and pixel deployment architecture across multiple client sites, ensuring airtight data collection from click to CRM entry. You will deploy via Google Tag Manager, troubleshoot across paid channels, and maintain data layers with a focus on measurement durability.

You will work with the Data and Analytics team under the Data & Analytics Manager, contributing to scalable tracking workflows for education and nonprofit clients, while ensuring

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics in an agency environment.
• Intermediate GTM experience with data layer and server-side tagging.
• Experience planning, deploying, and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms (Pixel/CAPI).
• GA4 experience including event configuration and DebugView.
• HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for tag troubleshooting and custom scripts.
• Understanding GDPR/CCPA and consent management.
• Analytical, growth-oriented mindset with clear communication to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own tag management and deployment across GTM containers and data layers.
• Own conversion tracking and platform integration across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
• Own QA, debugging and data integrity across client sites.
• Own data privacy compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and consent modes.
• Support documentation and cross-team enablement with tagging plans and QA checklists.
