You will craft engaging hooks and scripts, direct creative production, and optimize campaigns with a data-driven approach. Remote-first with flexible scheduling; team is scaling through 2026.

Formación

• Strong, engaging copywriting aimed at target buyers.
• Experience researching audiences across social platforms.
• Proven ability to manage Meta ad campaigns end-to-end.
• Ability to read and act on CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL metrics.
• Comfortable communicating with clients and explaining results.

Responsabilidades

• Research audience pain points and objections; build personas.
• Write hooks, scripts, and ad copy to drive engagement.
• Direct creative production and ensure brand consistency.
• Set up and manage Meta campaigns: targeting, budgeting, optimization.
