Ghost Sherpa, Llc is seeking a Growth Marketer specializing in Media Buying and Creative Strategy for e-commerce and personal brands. The role covers creative strategy, Meta ads management, and client communication, with a focus on research-driven copy and visual storytelling.

You will craft hooks, write copy, direct creative production, and manage campaigns while reading CPM/CTR/CPA/CPL to explain results to clients. Remote-first with flexible scheduling across time zones.

Formación

• Strong copywriting ability tailored to scroll-stopping ads.
• Studying ads and reverse-engineering what works.
• Comfort with core ad metrics: CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL.

Responsabilidades

• Research audience pain points and personas across Reddit, reviews, and competitors.
• Create hooks, scripts, and body copy that drive engagement and conversions.
• Direct creative production and storytelling while maintaining brand consistency.
• Set up and manage Meta campaigns, including targeting and budgeting.
• Analyze CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL to identify winning creatives.
• Translate performance data into actionable client recommendations.
• Lead client meetings and keep documentation up to date.
