Ghost Sherpa, Llc is seeking a Growth Marketer to own a split of creative strategy, Meta ads management, and client communications for e-commerce and personal brands. You will research audiences, craft compelling ad copy, and manage campaigns from set-up to optimization, translating data into actionable recommendations.

Remote-first role with flexible scheduling; work from any location, preferably aligned with PST/CST/EST time zones.

Qualifications

• Strong copywriting tailored for social audiences.
• Experience optimizing Meta/Instagram ad campaigns.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Proven client-facing collaboration and project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Research audience pain points and outcomes from Reddit, reviews, and competitors.
• Develop personas and messaging angles for different audiences.
• Write hooks, scripts, and body copy for ads.
• Direct creative production and ensure brand consistency.
• Set up and manage Meta campaigns, including targeting and budget.
• Analyze CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL and report results to clients.
• Lead client meetings, set agendas, and document decisions.
