GoFasti is seeking a Growth Marketer to own paid social campaigns and creative strategy for ecommerce and personal brands. You will research audience responses, craft compelling copy, lead Meta ads, and communicate results clearly to clients.

Responsibilities include audience research, persona development, copy and video scripting, direct campaign management, and performance analysis to inform optimization and client strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong copywriting tailored to social scroll behavior.
• Habit of studying ads and reverse-engineering campaigns.
• Working knowledge of CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL.

Responsibilities

• Research audience pain points and motivations using Reddit, reviews, and competitor ads.
• Create persona profiles and resonant angles for each audience.
• Write hooks, scripts, and body copy to drive engagement and conversions.
• Direct creative production including shot selection and storytelling while keeping brand consistency.
• Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns from targeting to budget allocation.
• Analyze CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL to identify winning creatives and reasons.
• Translate performance data into actionable client recommendations.
• Lead client meetings and maintain documentation between calls.
