Job summary

Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own a set of DTC accounts and drive measurable growth. You will audit, optimize, and own the entire funnel from feed to checkout, with direct client interaction and a focus on incremental gains.

You will work remotely with US hours flexibility, handling both brand and non-brand campaigns, and building landing pages and tracking to support growth for 50+ DTC/eCommerce brands.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce and demonstrable CPA/ROAS improvements.
• Fluent in full stack: Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, Merchant Center, GA4, GTM.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end as the strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit campaigns and account structures before touching a campaign.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate, report them separately, and optimize for incremental growth.
• Keep Google’s automation on a leash and audit auto-generated assets and sitelinks.
• Own the feed: Merchant Center hygiene, product titles, and promotions.
• Own the tracking: GA4, GTM, Shopify goal imports, and conversions.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build the required landing pages and scripts.
