Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own DTC accounts end-to-end for our diverse client base. You will directly communicate with clients, audit campaigns, and optimize across Google Ads, PMax, and related platforms.

The role emphasizes attribution-driven growth, strong GA4/GTM/shopping feeds control, and the ability to ship landing pages and experiments using Claude AI. Remote-friendly with US East hours overlap.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to own and grow DTC accounts end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of attribution models and NC-CPA/NC-ROAS concepts.
• Experience communicating results and plans directly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit overhauls of campaigns, feeds, and landing pages before touching any account.
• Manage brand vs non-brand campaigns with clear reporting.
• Monitor PMax performance and ensure it aligns with incremental CAC goals.
• Own tracking across GA4, GTM, and Shopify integrations.
• Build landing pages and scripts to remove bottlenecks and drive growth.
