Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end client campaigns in a remote role. You will direct client communications, audits, and optimization across Brand and Non-Brand efforts, while managing feeds, tracking, and landing pages to maximize NC-CPA and NC-ROAS.

You will work with multiple DTC/eCommerce brands, taking ownership for strategy, attribution, and results, and you will be judged on measurable growth rather than hours worked.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to explain CPA/ROAS with concrete changes and defend results.
• Comfort communicating with clients directly and owning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, negatives, bidding, tracking, landing pages.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses for optimized growth.
• Own feed and tracking systems (Merchant Center, GA4, GTM, Shopify integrations).
• Diagnose bottlenecks across creative, offers, AOV, landing pages, and checkout and fix them.
• Build required assets and scripts to remove constraints and improve performance.
