Trafilea is seeking a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to own acquisition strategies for rapidly growing brands. You will lead performance across media channels, funnel optimization, and creative messaging to achieve defined revenue, acquisition, and profit targets.

You will manage six-figure monthly ad spend across Meta Ads, optimize the customer journey from first touch to post-purchase, and collaborate closely with creative, engineering, and marketing teams.

Formación

• 5+ years developing and executing growth marketing strategies in e-commerce or consumer products.
• Experience managing six-figure monthly ad spend across Meta Ads.
• Strong data-driven decision making and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute media strategies with budgets well above $1M/month to hit acquisition and revenue targets.
• Optimize the entire funnel—from awareness through checkout and upsell—to maximize customer value.
• Drive creative strategy by product, audience, and channel while ensuring brand consistency.
