As a Creator Partnership Specialist, you will identify, recruit, negotiate, and grow relationships with top creators across our brands, leveraging AI and automation to scale performance and revenue. This is a 100% remote, high-performance role with USD competitive pay and extensive growth opportunities.

Formación

• Experience sourcing, recruiting and managing creator partnerships.
• Proven ability to negotiate commercial terms and contracts.
• Track record in high-volume outreach across social channels.
• Strong CRM discipline and data-driven optimization mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Source, identify, and recruit high-performing creators and affiliates.
• Own end-to-end creator partnership lifecycle from outreach to growth.
• Negotiate commissions and content rights to maximize value.
• Build long-term creator relationships to boost sales and engagement.
• Execute multi-channel outbound outreach across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, email.
• Test messaging, channels, timing, and automation to optimize results.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Legal, and Operations teams.
• Maintain CRM records, contracts, and creator performance data.
• Leverage AI tools to scale creator acquisition and efficiency.
• Analyze performance and identify opportunities to increase activation and revenue.
