Trafilea is a Consumer Tech Platform hiring a Data/Analytics Engineer to architect modern data pipelines and BI solutions. You will optimize ETL/ELT processes, build analytics models, and operationalize ML workloads that empower Marketing Science and analytics teams.

You will work in a 100% remote role with a USD competitive salary and strong focus on data quality, governance, and scalable reporting across AWS-based infrastructure.

Formación

• 4+ years of production experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, BI, or ML Engineering.
• Advanced SQL skills including joins, CTEs, and window functions.
• Experience with AWS data services (Redshift, S3, Glue, Athena) and data modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and scale end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines and Airflow workflows across the data lifecycle.
• Design optimized data models and dashboards to translate business needs into scalable BI solutions.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and monitoring with SLAs and anomaly detection.
• Operationalize ML models in batch or real-time environments and build internal data tools.
• Optimize SQL queries and datasets for performance and cost on the AWS cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to report core metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, funnels) for executive decisions.
• Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
