AIRLOCK, a remote-first e-commerce growth team, seeks a hands-on paid acquisition specialist to drive our DTC channel. You’ll manage campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms, handling budgets, audiences, and bidding to fuel profitable growth.

You’ll test creative hooks, measure results, and iterate quickly. Strong copy, data-driven decisions, and accountability are essential for success in a fast-moving environment.

Formación

• Hands-on experience running Meta and Google Ads for a DTC or e-commerce brand.
• Managed real budgets and able to explain tests, results, and learnings.
• Comfortable with creative testing, audiences, bidding, and dashboards.
• Ability to spot scalable copy and creative and act with imperfect data.
• Hardworking, reliable, and coachable; AI-savvy.

Responsabilidades

• Run paid acquisition for our DTC channel across Meta, Google, and other platforms.
• Build, launch, optimize campaigns; manage budgets, audiences, and bidding.
• Creative Testing - Test hooks, angles, and formats. Track what wins and iterate fast.
• Campaigns - Clean setup, daily monitoring, reporting.
• Funnel Support - Help paid traffic convert better on landing pages and Amazon.
