Trafilea is a Consumer Tech Platform powering transformative brand growth and AI-driven marketing. We seek a Creative Design Specialist for Acquisition to own performance creatives across paid channels and email experiences.

You will shape assets, landing pages, and funnels that capture attention, drive conversions, and scale customer growth. Collaboration with marketing, data, and product teams is essential in a fast-paced remote setting.

Formación

• 2+ years of design experience for email marketing and retention-focused experiences.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; able to build emails in Klaviyo.
• Experience with AI-powered design tools and automation is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design paid media creatives (static, video, UGC) across Meta, TikTok, Google and other channels.
• Create high-performing assets for acquisition, landing pages, and funnels.
• Define and iterate on creative testing frameworks and design guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, data and product teams to align creative with KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS).
• Design conversion-focused landing pages with strong UI/UX to boost new-customer conversion.
• Maintain brand consistency across touchpoints while adapting to platform formats.
• Provide feedback and coaching to elevate creative output and testing velocity.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to speed up design processes and scale output.
