Job summary

Trafilea is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a fully remote role with a US marketing agency. You will plan and oversee creative campaigns, coordinate schedules, and ensure on-time delivery across multiple accounts.

You will work cross-functionally with designers, copywriters, and strategists, managing timelines and resources while optimizing processes. 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience, ideally in an agency.
• Hands-on with PM tools like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and leadership of cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of creative processes and how design/content fit marketing campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to identify bottlenecks and propose fixes.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project timelines across multiple campaigns.
• Coordinate designers, copywriters, and strategists to assign tasks.
• Monitor progress, resolve roadblocks, and report status to stakeholders.
• Optimize workflows and implement best practices for operations.
• Serve as main touchpoint for internal teams with regular status updates.
• Onboard new accounts and manage end-to-end client relationships.
