Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own DTC accounts end-to-end for global clients. You will own client relationships, write updates, run calls, and defend decisions with measurable results.

You will manage Feed, Merchant Center, PMax, YouTube, landing pages, and conversion tracking, advocating for incremental growth, NC-CPA, and NC-ROAS while maintaining US Eastern hours for calls.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to explain CPA/ROAS results and what changed to achieve them.
• Fluent English communication with clients, written updates, and calls.
• AI-native approach; comfortable building/ship landing pages with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit over taken accounts: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, feed, landing pages, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses with clear reporting.
• Defend attribution choices and optimize for incremental metrics (NC-CPA, NC-ROAS).
• Own the feed, tracking, and creative tests; build required assets and scripts.
