Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a fully remote, US-hours-capable Google Ads strategist to own DTC accounts end-to-end. You’ll speak directly with clients, defend decisions, and drive measurable growth across Shopping, PMax, and YouTube.

You’ll own the funnel, feeds, and tracking, building assets as needed to move the numbers. You will work with real brands, large budgets, and a high-autonomy environment, where output matters as much as hours.

Formación

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Able to own client relationships and present results and plans directly to clients.
• Fluent English with strong communication and storytelling abilities.
• Experience with Shopping, PMax, GA4, GTM and related eCommerce tooling.
• Experience using AI tools for building landing pages or assets is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact; budgets from $5k/mo to six figures.
• Manage client relationship with no intermediary; present results, plans, and reasoning.
• Audit accounts before touching anything: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, impression share, feed health, landing pages, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses; report separately.
• Know what PMax is doing and separate branded vs non-branded impact.
• Manage Google automation with caution; audit auto-recommendations and sitelinks.
• Own the feed: Merchant Center hygiene, product titles, promotions.
• Own tracking: GA4, GTM, Shopify imports, conversions.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and fix: creative, offers, AOV, landing pages, checkout, tracking.
• Build landing pages and scripts as needed to remove constraints.
