Lilo Social is seeking a Paid Search Media Buyer to own strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads for ecommerce clients. You will launch and manage search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns, continuously testing to drive scalable growth and meet ROAS goals.

This role requires a data-driven problem-solver who balances strategic thinking with hands-on campaign management and strong client communication to deliver measurable results for partner brands.

Formación

• 2-4 years of hands-on paid search experience for ecommerce brands.
• Proven ability to manage $50K+ monthly ad budgets and achieve ROAS targets.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads structures: Search, Shopping, Performance Max.
• Proficient in Google Merchant Center and product feed optimization.
• Excellent analytical, Excel/Sheets, and client communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies for Google Ads and Microsoft Ads across multiple ecommerce client accounts.
• Manage and optimize search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns to achieve client ROAS targets and growth objectives.
• Conduct keyword research, expansion, and bid optimization to maximize campaign efficiency and reach.
• Write compelling ad copy for search campaigns and conduct ongoing A/B testing to improve CTR and conversions.
• Manage product feeds for Shopping campaigns in Google Merchant Center, ensuring accurate data and visibility.
• Monitor search term reports daily to identify expansion opportunities and refine negative keywords.
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization strategies.
• Build and maintain client relationships through regular communication, performance reporting, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting landing pages and provide feedback on performance.
• Stay current on platform updates and industry trends to maintain cutting-edge strategies.
• Track and report on ROAS, CPCs, impression share, and overall account health.
• Manage budgets, scaling successful campaigns while maintaining efficiency targets.
