Impulso Media, a full-service performance marketing agency, is hiring a Google Ads Specialist to own end-to-end growth for DTC ecommerce brands. This remote, full-time role reports to the Head of Paid and emphasizes AI-assisted optimization and data-driven decision making.

You will manage Shopping, PMax, and Search campaigns, integrate Shopify/WooCommerce feeds, and drive ROAS while collaborating across time zones in EST hours.

Formación

• At least 2 years of experience using Google Ads for e-commerce.
• Strong ability using Shopping, PMax, and Search at scale on real budgets.
• Proven track record scaling DTC ecommerce brands profitably.
• Comfort integrating AI into daily workflow.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to work 9-5 EST hours for real-time collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Build, manage, and optimize Google Shopping, Performance Max, and Search campaigns.
• Test and iterate on account structure, bidding strategies, and ad creative.
• Use AI-assisted tools for creative testing, asset generation, and search term mining.
• Own the Shopify/WooCommerce integration with Google Merchant Center and Google Ads.
• Keep product feed data accurate and optimized in Merchant Center.
• Use AI tools to flag feed errors and optimize listings at scale.
• Drive performance against ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and AOV.
• Run ongoing keyword research, search term mining, and budget reallocation.
• Analyze performance using Google Ads, GA4, and Search Console with AI-assisted insights.
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance summaries with clear, data-driven recommendations.
• Use AI to speed up reporting workflows so more time goes into the 'why' and 'what's next'.
