Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote). You will own a set of DTC accounts end to end, acting as strategist, buyer, and direct client contact with budgets from $5k/mo to six figures monthly.

You will audit accounts, optimize across brand and non-brand campaigns, manage feed and tracking, and work with AI tools to build landing pages. You’ll be the client-facing owner responsible for outcomes and growth.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC and ecommerce; be able to show CPA/ROAS and actual results.
• Experience with brand and non-brand campaigns and PMax understanding is preferred.
• Comfort working remotely and communicating with clients in English.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact; Budgets from $5k/mo to six figures.
• Manage client relationships; present results, plans, and reasoning.
• Audit accounts before touching anything; review campaign structure, keywords, negatives, and tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses; report separately.
• Know what PMax is doing; separate branded vs incremental volume.
• Keep Google automation in check; audit auto features regularly.
• Own the feed and Merchant Center hygiene; manage promotions.
• Own tracking (GA4, GTM, Shopify goals) and reconciliation.
• Diagnose bottlenecks (creative, offer, AOV, landing pages, checkout).
• Build landing pages and scripts; be capable of shipping assets.
