Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for a remote role. You will own accounts end-to-end, act as the primary client contact, and defend decisions with data.

Our team handles 50 DTC/eCommerce brands with substantial monthly spend across Meta and Google, focusing on growth, attribution, and incremental lift. You can live anywhere, but you must support US Eastern hours for calls.

Qualifications

• Hands on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC and eCommerce.
• Experience with Shopping and PMax, not just search.
• Ability to explain CPA, ROAS, and changed actions clearly.
• Fluent English and client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses with clear reporting.
• Understand PMax and separate branded vs incremental performance.
• Manage feeds, tracking, and landing pages.
• Build pages and scripts to remove bottlenecks and improve results.
