Job summary

Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for a fully remote role. You will own a set of DTC accounts, act as the client’s direct point of contact, and drive growth through rigorous audits, attribution, and optimization across Search, Shopping, and PMax.

You’ll work directly with clients, presenting plans and results, and you will be responsible for the full funnel—from feed health to landing pages and conversion tracking.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with real money, analyzing CPA/ROAS and what changed.
• Experience with DTC/eCommerce brands and paid media growth.
• Ability to own client relationships and present plans and results.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and present findings via Loom.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses with clear reporting.
• Manage PMax vs. non-brand allocation and attribution strategies.
• Keep Google automation in check and optimize feed, tracking, and landing pages.
• Build landing pages or assets when needed to remove bottlenecks.
