Job summary

Paired, a remote-friendly growth agency, is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google Ads for a set of DTC and eCommerce accounts. You will talk to clients directly, defend your decisions, and be the sole owner of results.

You will manage budgets from $5k/mo to six figures, audit accounts, optimize PMax, feed, tracking, and landing pages, and build or deploy landing pages with AI tools. You must be able to speak to clients during US Eastern hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce and be able to explain CPA/ROAS changes.
• Fluent in multiple ad channels and tools (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, GA4, GTM).
• Experience presenting results directly to clients and defending decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, buyer and client contact.
• Audit campaigns and structures before touching anything, including feed health and tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate lines of business.
• Understand and manage PMax dynamics and incremental CAC considerations.
• Keep Google automation in check and own the feed and tracking setup.
• Build or deploy landing pages and reporting tools as needed.
