Job summary

Acclaro is seeking a Contract Manager to support commercial growth by managing contracts across the lifecycle, in collaboration with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations. This role emphasizes risk-aware decision-making and adherence to company templates and playbooks.

You will independently handle straightforward and moderately complex contracts, drive efficient processes, and contribute to consistent contracting practices in a fast-moving, global environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in contract management, legal ops, or related function.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and contract review skills.
• Ability to analyze contract language, identify risk, and recommend solutions.
• Experience with CLM tools and contract administration processes.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of commercial agreements from drafting to execution and post-signature administration.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and redline MSAs, SOWs, amendments, NDAs, and other contracts.
• Handle routine and moderately complex contractual matters; escalate higher-risk issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure timely deal execution.
