Job summary

Acclaro is seeking a Senior Contract Manager to provide leadership for its commercial contracting function. You will guide governance, risk management, and CLM adoption while aligning contract strategy with business growth across a global, follow-the-sun operation.

You will lead complex negotiations, serve as the escalation point for non-standard matters, and partner with Finance, Legal, Sales, and Operations to optimize contracting outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in contract management or a related legal function.
• Track record leading complex commercial negotiations with enterprise customers and strategic partners.
• Experience developing contracting policies, playbooks, and governance standards.
• Experience supporting international contracting across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations, drafting, review, and execution of complex commercial agreements.
• Serve as primary escalation point for non-standard matters and provide practical recommendations.
• Manage high-value, strategic agreements balancing commercial and risk considerations.
• Develop and improve contract templates, clause libraries, and governance processes.
• Drive CLM adoption, governance maturity, and lifecycle improvements.
• Partner with senior leadership to assess contractual risks and enable growth.
• Establish contracting standards and best practices across the organization.
• Produce reports on contract cycles, trends, obligations, and risk exposure.
• Support M&A, technology licensing, data privacy, and other strategic projects.
• Identify opportunities to streamline negotiations and reduce legal spend.
• Provide guidance to colleagues on complex contracting matters.
