Job summary

Acclaro, a global localization and content intelligence company, seeks a Localization Project Coordinator to support the delivery of localization projects and programs across a diverse client base. You will coordinate workflows, maintain data, and ensure projects progress smoothly through the localization lifecycle.

This role suits highly organized professionals with 1+ year of experience in project coordination, administration, operations, or localization, who are eager to grow in localization

Qualifications

Experience in localization, translation, content operations, project support, or customer service.
Strong Excel, reporting, and data-management skills.
Fluency in English and other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and Program Managers with coordination of project activities across multiple clients and workstreams.
Maintain accurate project information, client records, forecasts, trackers, dashboards, and operational data.
Prepare and distribute project instructions, glossaries, and supporting documentation to stakeholders.
