Acclaro in Rosario, Argentina, is seeking a Contract Manager to support commercial growth by managing end-to-end contracts, drafting and reviewing MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and NDAs, while balancing risk and business opportunity.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal and Operations to ensure timely deal execution, maintain CLM records, and promote consistent contracting practices in a fast-moving global environment.

Formación

• 5-7 years of experience in contract management, commercial contracting, legal operations, or a related function.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and contract review skills.
• Ability to analyze contract language, identify risk, and make recommendations balancing business and compliance.
• Experience with CLM tools and contract administration processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of commercial agreements from drafting to execution and post-signature administration.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and redline MSAs, SOWs, amendments, NDAs, and other contracts.
• Handle routine and moderately complex contractual matters with sound judgment and escalate higher-risk issues when needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to support timely deal execution and resolve questions.
