Acclaro is seeking a Senior Contract Manager to lead the contracting function within Finance, reporting to the Legal & Compliance Manager. You’ll oversee complex negotiations, drive governance frameworks, and scale CLM processes across the business while balancing commercial opportunities with risk management.

Formación

• 10+ years progressive experience in contract management, commercial contracting, or a related function.
• Experience leading complex negotiations with enterprise customers, suppliers, or partners.
• Experience managing high-value, non-standard agreements with minimal supervision.
• Experience developing and implementing contracting policies, playbooks, or governance standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the negotiation, drafting, review, and execution of complex customer, partner, supplier, and strategic agreements.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for non-standard matters, providing practical recommendations.
• Manage high-value agreements balancing commercial objectives with legal, operational, financial, compliance, and business considerations.
• Develop and improve contract templates, clause libraries, negotiation playbooks, and governance processes.
• Own the effectiveness of contract management practices and CLM adoption across the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate risks and enable growth-focused outcomes.
• Establish contracting standards, governance principles, and best practices for consistency and scalability.
• Produce and analyze reporting on contract cycle times, trends, obligations, and risk exposure.
• Support strategic initiatives including M&A, technology licensing, and data privacy matters.
