Job summary

Qualifications
- Leadership experience as Tech Lead or Squad Lead with team mentoring.
- Advanced Java (Spring Boot) and Angular, 6+ years.
- Hands-on Kafka experience and API design skills.
- Strong OOAD, patterns, and architecture awareness.
- Deep domain understanding of bounded contexts and DDD.
- Extensive RESTful API development and consumption experience.
- Relational DB experience: PostgreSQL and Oracle; JPA/Hibernate.
Responsibilities
- Act as Squad Lead, driving delivery and engineering standards.
- Design and implement robust backend services with Java/Spring Boot.
- Develop and maintain Angular frontend integration.
- Transition architecture toward domain-driven designs with bounded contexts.
- Architect RESTful APIs with clean, scalable patterns.
- Mentor juniors and promote agile practices.
- Push back to uphold best practices and architectural integrity.
