AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design and implement backend services using Java and Spring Boot, with an Angular frontend for an enterprise platform.

Required: 4+ years with Java/Spring Boot and Angular, strong OOD and RESTful APIs, plus PostgreSQL/Oracle with JPA/Hibernate and high-transactional systems. Nice-to-haves include cloud, Docker, and CI/CD. Flextime with remote/office options.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and Angular with 4+ years
• Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and software design patterns
• Extensive experience building and consuming RESTful services
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and JPA/Hibernate; robust SQL
• Passion for server-side logic, performance, and architecture

Responsibilities

• Core Development: design and implement robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot (70–80%)
• Frontend Integration: build and maintain Angular frontend to connect with backend
• DDD: modernize architecture toward domain-driven design
• API: architect RESTful APIs with clean, scalable patterns
• Collaboration: work in cross-functional squads to deliver features cohesively
