Félix is building a financial ecosystem for Latin immigrants using an AI-powered WhatsApp chatbot for remittances. The Knowledge Operations Specialist will own documentation, set standards, and design workflows to keep content accurate as the product evolves.

You will collaborate closely with Product, QA, L&D, and Compliance to ensure a single source of truth for frontline teams. The role requires fluent English, instructional design background, and strong editorial skills, with experience in

• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Background in content designed for learning and pedagogy.
• Documentation experience in real operations: knowledge management, SOPs, content workflows.
• Hands-on with a documentation tool (Notion or Confluence).
• Assertive communication; knows who to talk to and how to talk to them.
• Detail-oriented with curiosity to improve processes.
• Comfortable using AI for documentation work.
• Familiarity with agile ways of working.
• Based in Buenos Aires or Mexico City.

Responsabilidades

• Own the knowledge base: create, structure, and maintain docs for operations teams and partners.
• Map and design the documentation workflow and lifecycle for launches and updates.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, L&D, and Compliance to ensure accurate guidance.
• Partner with teams to propose solutions and streamline publishing and training transitions.
