Job summary

Allshore Talent is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to design and build full-stack AI applications. You will own the React front end and the backend in Python or Node, implement RAG pipelines, and deploy production‑grade AI systems on GCP, Azure, or AWS while working with international clients.

The role requires 3–5 years of software or data engineering, deep specialization in at least one major AI platform, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of software or data engineering experience with hands-on AI tools.
• Frontend in React; backend in Python or Node.js.
• Experience with RAG, embeddings and vector search.
• Specialization in at least one major AI platform: Google, Anthropic or OpenAI.
• Cloud experience with GCP, Azure or AWS and data pipelines.
• Professional English at C1/C2 level.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• AI platform or cloud certification is a differentiator; plan to obtain within two months.

Responsibilities

• Develop user-facing interfaces in TypeScript and React with backend services in Python or Node.
• Implement agentic behavior including orchestration, tool calls, memory and guardrails.
• Build retrieval-augmented generation pipelines with embeddings and vector search.
• Connect AI systems to enterprise data via APIs and MCP protocols.
• Write evaluation suites and regression tests; monitor cost, latency and quality.
• Apply solid engineering practices: VCS, code reviews, CI/CD and observability.
• Deploy on GCP, Azure or AWS and maintain AI data pipelines.
• Use agentic tools like Claude Code and Gemini CLI daily with careful review.
• Communicate progress and blockers to clients and project leads.
• Assist pre-sales with demos and effort estimation; mentor junior engineers.
