Job summary

1300 Accenture Srl Company is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to design and build full-stack AI applications, agentic systems, and production-grade AI infrastructure. You’ll own the React front end and the Python or Node service behind it, plus the RAG pipeline and evaluations demonstrating performance.

This role spans the full stack with deep specialization in at least one major AI platform, and involves direct client exposure, collaboration across teams, and mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/engineering or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and LLM-based development.
• Fluency in English at C1/C2; strong communication with international clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop user-facing interfaces in TypeScript and React and backend services in Python or Node.
• Implement agentic behavior including orchestration, tool calls, memory, and guardrails.
• Build retrieval-augmented generation pipelines with embeddings and vector search.
• Connect AI systems to enterprise data via APIs and semantic layers.
• Write evaluation suites and monitor cost, latency, quality in production.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal accelerators and standards.
