You will own client accounts end to end, from onboarding to ongoing optimization across Google Ads, Shopping, and YouTube. You’ll manage feeds, tracking, and creative, while defending your decisions with data.

You can work remotely from LATAM; the role requires availability for US Central time calls. You will drive growth for DTC and ecommerce brands with a strong focus on attribution and incremental

Qualifications

• Hands-on digital marketing with real client budgets.
• Experience across Google Ads, Shopping, and YouTube.
• Ability to own client relationships and present plans.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and set up sites, tracking, and channels.
• Write updates and defend optimization decisions to clients.
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on for multi-location brands.
• Structure accounts by location and track conversion performance.
• Build Claude-based workflows to automate repeated tasks.
