Job summary

FullStack seeks Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to architect, build, and sustain AI-enabled solutions. You will be a consultant, operator, and engineer, comfortable validating business cases with executives and delivering from discovery to production.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software development experience with a mainstream production stack.
1-4 years shipping agentic AI solutions, LLM workflows, and RAG architectures.
Advanced English is required.
Bachelor's degree is required.
Hands-on experience with frontier AI developer tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, OpenAI Codex).

Responsibilities

Discover: run workshops with business, data, and engineering stakeholders; assess data readiness.
Structure the process and the spec for automation; map current state and decisions.
Architect & design end-to-end agentic systems with context and retrieval architecture.
Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, data flows, and evaluation tooling.
Own CI/CD for AI-enabled builds and extend to Day 2 operations (monitoring, observability, cost).
Consult: defend decisions with CTOs/VPs of Engineering and support pre-sales when needed.
