Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with client teams to architect AI-powered solutions. You will discover real problems, map workflows, design agentic systems, and ship working prototypes quickly.

You will consult with executives, defend technical choices, and own CI/CD for deployed solutions. This remote role requires strong English, a four-year degree, and hands-on experience with modern AI tools.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software development experience with at least one mainstream production stack.
1-4 years building and shipping LLM-powered and agentic AI systems beyond prototypes or demos.
Advanced English is required.
Four-year college degree is required.
Hands-on experience with frontier AI developer tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, OpenAI Codex).
Proven ability to define roadmaps and own CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

Discover: run workshops with business and engineering stakeholders to scope a defensible AI POV.
Structure the process: map current state, decisions, data, and exceptions into specs.
Architect & design: end-to-end agentic systems, retrieval architecture, guardrails, and CI/CD.
Build: ship working systems with prototypes that prove value in weeks.
Consult: defend decisions with CTOs and VPs; support pre-sales scoping.
Deliver: own delivery ownership and manage project scope without PM supervision.
