Job summary

AgilityFeat, Inc. is building a nearshore implementation team for a US fintech client. This remote role is based in LatAm, with full-time contractor hours aligned to ET/CT and monthly USD payments.

Superior English and strong communication are required to coordinate with the U.S.-based team. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance operations.
• Fluent English (B2+) with strong communication for US-based coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Configure and test financial implementations for client entities.
• Build platform fluency in financial structures and workflows.
• Support delivery by coordinating with the US-based implementation team.
• Identify edge cases and pressure-test processes during testing.
