Job summary

AgilityFeat, Inc. is building a nearshore implementation team for a U.S. fintech client. This remote, LatAm-based contractor role involves configuring and validating fund structures with a U.S.

team, driving improvements, and mentoring junior staff. Strong English and finance ops background are required for success in this fast-scaling environment. You will collaborate across remote teams, ensure accurate data handling, and own critical implementation tasks while aligning with client policies

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance operations.
• 3+ years in the private funds industry as a fund accountant or related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Proven ability to manage large, complex data sets with high accuracy.
• Fluent written and spoken English (B2+). Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own full implementations: configure, test, and validate client fund structures and calculations with the U.S. team.
• Act as escalation point for complex financial configurations and issues.
• Drive process improvement as the nearshore team scales with U.S.-based teams.
• Mentor Associates and Senior Associates, with potential for people management.
