The Law Offices of Sabrina Li, P.C. is seeking a highly detail-oriented Financial Analyst and Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day bookkeeping, cash flow visibility, and internal financial processes in a fully remote capacity.

You will work with leadership to improve financial reporting, ensure accuracy across U.S. accounting standards, and support tax filings with external CPAs. This role offers competitive pay and flexible Pacific Time hours.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years bookkeeping or accounting experience, including at least 2 years for a U.S. company.
• Strong expertise in QuickBooks.
• Experience with detailed categorization and financial cleanup.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independent remote work.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain up-to-date bookkeeping across all accounts.
• Ensure transactions are categorized in QuickBooks.
• Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and payment platforms.
• Monitor data integrity and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare clear, structured financial reports for leadership and assist budgeting.
