Job summary

The Law Offices Of Sabrina Li, P.C. is seeking a highly detail-oriented Financial Analyst and Bookkeeper to own day-to-day bookkeeping, financial categorization, internal processes, and cash-flow management for a fully remote role.

You will work closely with leadership to ensure accurate financial records, improve workflows, and support external CPAs during tax filings and audits while maintaining compliance with U.S. accounting standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a bookkeeping or accounting role for a U.S. company.
• Strong expertise in QuickBooks.
• Proven experience with detailed categorization and financial cleanup.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping across all accounts.
• Ensure transactions are consistently and correctly categorized in QuickBooks.
• Perform regular reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and payment platforms.
• Monitor data integrity and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Track and manage cash flow on an ongoing basis.
• Maintain clear visibility into incoming and outgoing funds.
• Support leadership with cash flow forecasts and liquidity insights.
• Flag potential cash flow risks or irregularities early.
• Review, document, and optimize internal financial workflows.
• Improve expense tracking, billing processes, and internal controls.
• Ensure financial processes are efficient, scalable, and well-documented.
• Recommend and implement system improvements to support accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare clear, structured financial reports for internal use.
• Support budgeting and forecasting through clean, well-organized financial data.
• Work closely with external CPAs during tax filings, audits, and reviews.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting standards and internal policies.
