Hire Overseas is seeking a Customer Success Manager (Implementation) to lead white-glove onboarding for new clients in a remote environment. You will manage data migrations, configure workflows, and guide clients from kickoff to go-live, partnering with field teams to ensure smooth adoption.

Excellent project management and English communication are essential, as is deep knowledge of field service operations.

Formación

• Proven experience in SaaS implementation, customer success management, or professional services delivery.
• Strong understanding of field service operations including quoting, contracts, invoicing, scheduling, and crew dispatch.
• Background in field service industries such as pool maintenance, lawn care, landscaping, or similar.
• Excellent project management and program management skills.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through on every item.
• Self-directed and reliable in a fully remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full implementation process for customers on the top-tier onboarding package.
• Manage data migration from the client's existing systems into the platform.
• Configure platform automations and workflows to match each client's specific setup.
• Ensure the platform is fully set up and validated before handoff to the client's team.
• Program manage the migration process from kickoff through go-live, keeping the client informed.
• Train the client's technicians and field crews to use the platform daily.
• Coordinate timelines, action items, and dependencies across client and internal teams.
• Flag risks or blockers early and resolve them before delays occur.
• Conduct discovery to understand current quoting, contracts, invoicing, scheduling, and crew dispatch.
• Document client configurations and implementation decisions for future reference.
• Serve as the primary contact through implementation and into early adoption.
• Monitor usage and address issues proactively.
• Gather feedback to surface product improvements from real implementation experience.
