BairesDev is seeking a Principal AI Engineer to lead the architecture of an enterprise AI assistant serving thousands of employees. You will stay hands-on in code, shape orchestration and retrieval strategies, and defend design decisions while mentoring distributed teams.
You will own a multi-agent platform, work with LangChain/LangGraph, and influence future hires as the company scales across global functions.
Formación
- 8+ years of Python experience and production ownership of an agentic/LLM platform.
- Deep expertise with LangChain, LangGraph, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Strong experience in evaluation strategies and data routing for AI systems.
- Proficiency with AWS, microservices, and REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Excellent English communication and collaboration across distributed teams.
Responsabilidades
- Set technical direction and own architecture for enterprise AI platform.
- Design multi-agent orchestration and route to specialized agents.
- Own retrieval strategy across structured and unstructured sources.
- Build and evolve evaluation harness for AI system behavior.
- Mentor distributed engineering teams and guide technical hiring decisions.
