Pavago is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a US marketing agency. This fully remote role manages creative campaigns from kickoff to delivery, coordinating schedules and ensuring on-time assets.

You will collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists, using Asana or similar tools to track progress and report updates. Two years of agency PM experience is preferred, with strong organization and communication skills.

Competenze

• 2+ years of Creative/Marketing Project Management experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Proficiency in PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello).
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication abilities with leadership and teams.
• Working knowledge of creative processes in marketing campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to keep projects on track.

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines for multiple campaigns.
