Job summary

Wing Assistant, a fast-moving legal-tech startup building estate planning tools for law firms, is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO. This fully remote role prefers LATAM-based candidates and requires a proactive partner who can manage sensitive information with discretion.

You’ll own inbox management, calendar coordination across time zones, travel logistics, conference prep, and strategic support using AI tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, or strong related experience paired with sharp tech-savviness.
• Real travel-planning chops and calendar management across time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a diplomatic tone.
• Comfort using AI tools to research and solve problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Own the CEO's inbox and calendar across time zones.
• Handle travel end-to-end and conference logistics.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and household staff as needed.
• Assist with business admin and personal logistics to support CEO life.
