Job summary

Overseas is seeking an ERP Implementation and Support Specialist to be the internal expert for our proprietary ERP system. You will own end-to-end ERP knowledge, train team members across departments, and provide ongoing support to ensure the system is adopted and used effectively across the organization.

This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role where you will learn the system deeply and become the go-to resource for questions, issues, and training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with at least one recognized ERP platform.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly with minimal hand-holding.
• Experience training or supporting non-technical end users in ERP environments.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; explain complex workflows clearly.
• Highly organized with good documentation habits.

Responsibilities

• Own ERP onboarding and training; develop materials and guides.
• Provide ongoing ERP support and troubleshoot issues.
• Create and maintain SOPs, guides, and process maps for ERP.
• Monitor adoption and gather feedback to drive system improvements.
