Ravn Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (ERP Specialist) to own integration architecture and data flows from ERP and payroll systems to client connectors. You will write code daily, build new integrations, and provide technical direction while troubleshooting sync issues with clients.

You will lead API design and documentation, design reconciliation logic, and help shape a scalable integration platform aligned with platform standards. Remote LATAM opportunities apply.

Formación

• 7+ years of software development with hands-on integration architecture experience.
• Production integration with ERP, payroll, or accounting systems.
• Designing sync architectures with state management and partial-failure recovery.
• Ability to provide architectural oversight to external teams.
• Strong hands-on coding for integrations, APIs, and proofs of concept daily.
• Excellent English communication for customer-facing conversations.
• Available during US business hours with flexibility for emergencies.

Responsabilidades

• Hands-on integration development and maintenance with our partner.
• Develop new API endpoints and customizations for evolving needs.
• Lead integration proofs of concept and establish reusable patterns.
• Own the integration-layer architecture and long-term vision.
• Design scalable, productized connectors that can be deployed quickly.
• Evaluate build vs. partner vs. iPaaS and advise leadership.
• Join client calls to troubleshoot and explain integration behavior.
