Job summary

Naranja X is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities for a major ERP migration. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define approaches and controls, and report progress to senior stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have strong data migration methodology skills, experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migrations, and operate in English in a UTC timezone environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Familiarity with ERP migrations (S/4HANA or similar) preferred.
• Advanced English, with interviews conducted in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Ensure a smooth and reliable transition with minimal disruption.
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders.
