Job summary

Naranja X is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive a global data migration initiative for a major ERP transition. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach, and manage risks to ensure a smooth move to the target system.

The role requires hands-on experience with data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading, and preferably experience with S/4HANA in large enterprise programs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration activities: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders.
