Job summary

Naranja X is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities for a global project. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

The role requires strong experience in large-scale data migrations, English communication, and the ability to work in UTC hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies; experience with S/4HANA or similar ERP migrations preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English – daily work conducted in English.

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of data migration activities.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for use in the target system.
• Coordinate cross-functional migration teams across workstreams.
• Define the data migration approach, methodology and quality controls.
• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues.
• Ensure a smooth and reliable transition with minimal disruption.
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders.
